How to add one of your existing loans in progress to the system

One of the first questions many users have is when exactly they should start to bring their loans into PackageMyLoan system. Whether you’re three days or two months into a deal…. we want you to start with any of your deals in progress, right now!

If you haven’t yet, please take a moment and Log In to the system, and then follow the steps below:

1) Click the New Deal button

2) Enter your borrower’s contact information and basic deal info.

3) Drag and drop the documents you already have into the secure PackageMyLoan system

4) Go through the document and delete any documents that aren’t applicable by clicking the trash icon to the left of the document type

5) Click Send Needs List.

That’s it! Your borrower will now receive an updated Needs List with exact instructions on how to upload their docs into your system. The system will manage it from there!
