How to add a new deal

To add a new deal to your account please follow the step-by-step guide below:

1) Click the New Deal button

2) Enter your borrower’s contact information and basic deal info.

3) Drag and drop the documents you already have into the secure PackageMyLoan system or choose the uploader if you have a browser that is not supported by our drag and drop system


4) Go through the documents list and delete any documents that aren’t applicable by clicking the trash icon to the left of the document type

5) Click Send Needs List.


That’s it! Your borrower will now receive an updated Needs List with exact instructions on how to upload their docs into your system. The system will manage it from there!
